Overall ok. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel near to Pratunam market but quite a distance to walk to BTS station. Hotel offer free tuk tuk service to certain drop off point.

The room was big, clean most importantly. Staff were generally pretty helpful as well. They also included little things like umbrella and adapters.

I book 6 rooms at Nap Hotel. The room is big for Pratunam hotel standard. The breakfast is English breakfast. Dont expect rice. Service from receptionist and carts driver are super nice. Would love to book again. Thankyou.

The hotel went the extra mile to change our room as I am sensitive to diffuser smell. They were also quick to provide me the iron board which i requested for. This hotel is located only minutes walk away from Platinum mall and Pratunam market and massage places! I love it!

The hotel room we got was a connecting room ( we booked for 4pax ) the rooms were a bit bit small, but were stil comfortable. The receptionists was very very informative & helpful in every way, and they got good english too.

Everything in this hotel is beyond expectations. Especially the staffs from housekeeping, receptionist to the shuttle buggy driver, all are so helpful and wonderful. Having a good time with NAP hotel.

The staff were very friendly and they provide buggy service to 4 different points which is very convenient for shopping and to the other places
